Dua al Wahda
Prayer of Unity
This prayer was first receited by the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) upon the victorious liberation of Mecca by the Muslims. The Prophet had everyone join hands and read this Dua.
In the Name of Allah Most Beneficent Most Merciful
There is no God but Allah
One Allah, and unto Him we have surrendered.
There is no God but Allah
And we worship none but Him,
keeping religion pure for Him,
however much the idolaters may be averse.
There is no God but Allah
Our Lord and the Lord of our fathers of old.
There is no God but Allah
He is One,
He is One,
He is One.
He fulfilled His promise
And granted victory to His servant
And honored His soldiers
And defeated the Ahzab alone
He is the Sovereignty and all praise
He brings to life and causes to die;
And causes to die and brings to life
And He is the Ever-Living who dies not
In whose hand is all good
And He has power over all things
And peace and blessing on Mohammad and the Progeny of Mohammad.
Ameen.
